Foot and Ankle Conditions

 

Mr Hannant covers the full range of foot and ankle conditions and treatments, including but not limited to the below.

  • Bunions (scarf osteotomies and fusions)

  • Big toe arthritis (MTPJ)- joint sparing (big toe replacements) and fusion surgery

  • Lesser toe deformities- Hammer, claw, mallet

    • Traditional K wires

    • Intra-medullary devices- currently Self pay only.

  • Morton’s neuromas

  • Heel pain

    • Plantar fasciitis

    • Achilles tendonopathies (insertional achilles tendonopathy, non-insertional achilles tendonopathy)

  • Sports injuries

    • Achilles ruptures (surgical and non-surgical)

    • Deltoid ligament injuries

    • Lateral Ankle Ligament injuries

  • Stress fractures

  • Removal of troublesome metal work

  • Mid and hind foot arthritis

  • Ankle Replacements

Mr Hannant is also available to see “self funding” patients. His consultations fees are published on the PHIN website here and also available on request from his secretary here.

Operations are quoted as a package when required and include surgery, ward care, walking aids and follow up appointments, including imaging.
